Ticketing Guide

Everything you need to know about buying a ticket, receiving it, and getting into the venue on the night.

Buying a ticket

  1. Browse upcoming events or search for a specific fighter or promoter.
  2. On the event page, pick the ticket type and quantity, then choose the fighter you're supporting (this credits your purchase to their ticket allocation).
  3. Tap Get tickets to open checkout. You can continue as a guest or log in — logging in prefills your details and links the purchase to your account.
  4. Enter your name and email, then complete payment via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. All payments are handled by Stripe.

Receiving your ticket

Once payment succeeds you'll see a confirmation screen with your order number. At the same time, we email your ticket to the address you used at checkout.

The email includes a link to download your ticket as a PDF and, on supported devices, add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If you're logged in, your ticket also appears under My Tickets in your dashboard.

Not seeing the email? Check your spam / junk folder. If it's still missing, use the retrieve flow below.

Retrieving a lost ticket

Bought as a guest and lost the email? You can pull it back up:

  1. Go to Retrieve My Ticket.
  2. Enter the email address you used at checkout — we'll pull up every ticket tied to that email.

If you have an account, all your tickets sit under My Tickets — no retrieve flow needed.

Getting in on the night

Every ticket carries a QR code. Show it to door staff on your phone or bring a printout — either works. The QR is scanned once at entry and marked as checked in.

Each ticket admits one person unless the ticket type says otherwise. Bring photo ID if the event is 18+ or if you're expected to meet a specific fighter or promoter perk that requires verification.

Refunds & changes

Tickets are generally non-refundable, but you have full statutory rights if the event is cancelled or materially changed. Our Refund Policy covers when refunds apply and how to request one.
